Seva-in-Action (SiA) in partnership with LTI Bengaluru initiated Quizabled - Knowledge for all, a unique and special quiz competition exclusively for Children and youth with disabilities across Bengaluru District of Karnataka in 2016 and it is first of its kind for children with different disabilities in the country. It is been conducted with the support of ‘1 Step – a CSR initiative of LTI Bengaluru and it is extended to other Districts of Karnataka besides Bengaluru in 2018 and also extended to Chennai, Tamil Nadu in 2018 and to Mumbai, Maharashtra in 2019.
The quiz enabled teachers to become more aware of the significance of training their students on not just academic, but also general affairs and consequently more students participated in subsequent years. The Quizabled reached more than 2000 children & young adults in different categories as Intellectual Disability (ID), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Visual impairment (VI) and Hearing impairment (HI). The Quizabled as a platform encouraging such children in the field of quizzing and enhancing their knowledge base and intellectual capacities with reasoning abilities.
